Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft and has not yet been approved by legal counsel. Bracketed items will be completed before final publication.
Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and labelled form controls
- Visible keyboard focus and full keyboard navigation for menus, dialogs and accordions
- Colour palettes checked for contrast in light and dark themes
- Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
Tested scope
Automated checks and manual keyboard testing of the public website, sign-in, onboarding, dashboard, projects, documents and Lunxa AI. [Formal third-party audit pending.]
Known limitations
- Drag-and-drop on the board view has a keyboard alternative (status menu on each card), but screen-reader announcements for drag operations are limited.
- The rich-text editor's table controls are not yet fully optimised for screen readers.
