Our Vision for Intelligent Work

Intelligent software should amplify people, not replace their judgement. Here's what that means for how we design Lunxa.

"Intelligent work" is easy to say and hard to define. For us it means something specific: software that reduces the effort between knowing what to do and getting it done.

Three layers of intelligence

Organisation. The foundation is structure — projects, tasks, owners, dates and documents that relate to each other. Without good structure, no amount of AI helps.

Understanding. On top of that structure, an assistant can summarise a long document, explain a dense paragraph, or answer "what's the status of the launch?" using the material you already have.

Execution. Finally, automations handle the routine: notifying an owner when work is completed, creating follow-up tasks, keeping statuses in sync.

Designed around human judgement

We are careful about where AI acts. Lunxa AI can propose a list of tasks from meeting notes, but you review and confirm before anything is created — and you can undo it. Automations only do what their owner configured, with a visible history of every run.

Honest about limitations

AI can be wrong. We label AI output clearly, show which documents an answer drew from, and encourage verification of anything important. We'd rather be trusted than impressive.

Where this goes

Over time we want Lunxa to feel less like a set of features and more like a capable colleague that knows your work's context, respects your boundaries and saves you hours every week. We'll get there step by step, and we'll share each step on the roadmap.
